Step into an opportunity at a mission-driven behavioral health clinic in Southern Michigan. We are seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to support our Crisis Stabilization Unit. Provide hands-on clinical care in a highly collaborative, patient-first setting.

The Opportunity * Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults experiencing acute psychiatric and substance use crises, including individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and significant psychosocial stressors * Flexible schedule includes 4 day work week with hybrid model

Compensation and Benefits * Enjoy up to 125 days off per year: 16 vacation days, 13 holidays, 6 personal days, and up to 90 sick days * Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, malpractice, and more * Loan repayment available via NHSC and PSLF eligibility * Robust retirement plans with generous employer contributions
